RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be:
✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ All tags attached
✅ Original packaging intact
✅ With invoice/bill

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
❌ Used or damaged by customer
❌ Without original packaging
❌ After 3 days of delivery

REFUND PROCESS
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
• Amount will be credited to original payment method
• UPI/Bank transfer also available

EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchange available within 3 days
• Subject to stock availability
• Same or equal value product only

DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged product:
• Take unboxing video as proof
• Contact us within 24 hours
• We will replace immediately
